Hi everyone, I’m a second (soon to be third) year student at the University of Warwick in England. After years of feeling groggy and tired seemingly incessantly I finally took the plunge in February and began cutting out all the harmful foods and drinks I was consuming as part of my regular diet. This summer I plan to adhere to that much more strictly (no occasional nights out with masses of alcohol and greasy cheesy chips for me) and hope to keep you updated on my progress. This blog is a place where I will be posting recipes and workout tips for those on a sadly tight budget like me. Also my keen interest in beauty/fashion may seep in, providing a holistic blog about how to nourish oneself, as the blog title suggests, and overall how to make YOU feel great.
